摘要：现代公共步行街作为一种城市公共生活的方式，一种提高环境质量的重要手段，一种恢复城市文脉特色、复兴人文景观的设计方法，在现代城市生活里发挥着巨大的作用。其高情感、人情味、亲切宜人的空间尺度，良好的购物环境和显著的综合效益是步行街建设如火如荼的原因，但一部分步行街建设中缺乏对人的意义的思考，使得与改善城市公共空间质量的初衷适得其反。本文首先简要介绍了城市中心区步行空间发展的背景和意义，然后以淮安东大街为例分析了现代商业步行街的现状以及所存在的问题，结合实地调研，对东大街目前所存在的问题进行分析、整理、归纳，最终提出自己的意见和结论，建立了步行街人性化设计的框架。本文主要强调了在步行街的设计中，应当充分体现出“以人为本”的原则，以人的尺度、行为、心理、生理的层面上来解决现存的问题，期望对我国步行街的建设提供一些参考。 93781

This paper first introduces the background and significance of the development of the pedestrian space in the central area of the city。 Then analyzes Huai'an East Street as an example, analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the modern commercial pedestrian street, and analyzes the existing problems in the East Street with the field investigation , Finishing, induction, and ultimately put forward their own views and conclusions, the establishment of a pedestrian street human design framework。 This paper mainly emphasizes that in the design of pedestrian street, we should fully reflect the principle of "people first", and solve the existing problems on the scale, behavior, psychology and physiology of people。 We hope to provide some reference for the construction of pedestrian street in China。
