摘要：在高校扩招的现状下，大学生数量的激增，导致了大学生毕业生的数量也在不断增长，就业形势越来越严峻。国家提出“以创业拉动就业”的发展模式来缓解当前的就业压力。创业之路非常艰辛，大学生创业更是难上加难，加上我国大学生创业成功率很低。如何促进大学生创业成功，提高大学生创业成功率成为研究热点。

本文参考了专家学者的研究，总结了创业的影响因素，再利用SWOT模型具体分析大学生这一群体的特点，阐述了什么是大学生创业成功。利用问卷调查的形势，来更加深刻地了解大学生创业成功的关键因素。调查显示三个因素为大学生创业成功的关键因素，再运用创业的案例来验证这三个因素是否为大学生创业的关键因素。文章分析表明创业机会、团队和资金是影响大学生创业成功的关键因素。最后再根据三个因素提出对大学生创业者的建议，提高大学生创业成功率。

Study on key success factors of college students

Abstract

In the current situation of college enrollment, the surge in the number of university students, caused the number of college graduates is increasing, the employment situation is more and more serious. The government puts forward the development mode to start jobs to alleviate the current employment pressure. The road of entrepreneurship is very hard, entrepreneurship is more difficult, and our success rate of entrepreneurship is very low. How to promote university students to improve college students' entrepreneurial success, the success rate of entrepreneurship has become a research hotspot.

This reference to the study of experts and scholars, summarizes the factors of the impact of entrepreneurship, and then using SWOT model analysis the specific characteristics of this group of college students, expounds the entrepreneurial success. What is the use of a questionnaire survey of the situation, to understand more deeply the key factors of entrepreneurial success. Key factors survey shows three factors for college students success, then use the business case to verify whether these three factors as the key factors of College Students' entrepreneurship. The analysis shows that entrepreneurial opportunities, team and capital are the key factors influencing college students' entrepreneurial success. Finally, according to the three factors of college student entrepreneurs put forward related suggestions To improve the success rate of College Students.
