摘要：在北上广深，新一代青年独自居住已经成为了一种新的社会现象和生活方式。独居，意味着离开家乡，离开自己的亲朋好友，离开自己从小生活的城市，意味着断舍离。这些年轻人难以立足扎根于城市，独居在十几平的出租屋中，被归类为“空巢青年”；“空巢青年”现象近年来逐渐成为当今社会需要引导和解决的社会问题之一。研究者在上海市访谈了13位空巢青年，访谈结果表明年轻人经常更换工作，几乎所有的时间都花在了工作上。为了工作，他们只能租住在公司附近，而上海的高房价使得他们只能租一个单间。很多空巢青年表示希望能够自己创业，但是要实现这个目标却非常困难。蜗居在十几平的出租房里，面对不认识的合租室友，这种居住状态让他们没有归属感。空巢青年们的社交手段以微信、QQ为主，而维持一段长久的恋爱关系似乎越来越困难。如果社会工作者为空巢青年群体提供支持性服务，就能够改善他们的工作和生活，更有尊严、更有信心地在城市生活发展。

Research on Empty Nest Youth in the Inpidualized Age——Based on the Field Survey of Shanghai

Abstract：In Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, a new generation of young people living alone has become a new social phenomenon and way of life. Living alone means leaving your hometown, leaving your relatives and friends, and leaving your own city where you lived. It means turning off. These young people are difficult to establish themselves as rooted in the cities and live alone in a dozen flat rented houses. They are classified as “empty nest youth”; and the phenomenon of “empty nest youth” has gradually become one of the social problems that society needs to guide and solve in recent years. . Researchers interviewed 13 empty-nest youths in Shanghai. The results of interviews showed that young people often change jobs and spend almost all of their time on the job. In order to work, they can only rent near the company, and the high prices in Shanghai make them only rent a single room. Many empty nest youths expressed their desire to start their own businesses, but it is very difficult to achieve this goal. Dwelling in a dozen flat rented rooms, in the face of unrecognized co-tenant roommates, this kind of living status gives them no sense of belonging. The social means of the empty nest youngsters are mainly WeChat and QQ, and it seems more and more difficult to maintain a long-lasting romantic relationship. If social workers provide support services for the empty nest youth group, they can improve their work and life, develop dignity and have more confidence in urban life.
