摘要当今社会，开放式创新的模式被越来越多的企业所采用，对于开放式创新的相关研究也日渐增多和丰富。文章以开放式创新和人力资源管理为理论基础，通过对国内外相关文献的全面检索，呈现了迄今为止开放式创新领域与人力资源管理相关的研究数据。通过对现有的开放式创新文献的深入阅读和梳理，从人员特质、学习和培训、激励方式和组织氛围方面说明了人力资源管理在开放式创新企业中的重要作用，并提出了开放式创新进程中人力资源管理应对人际关系、权力迁移及提升人员在组织中价值等方面挑战的措施。重视开放式创新企业中人力资源管理的价值，积极应对开放式创新进程中的人力资源挑战，将有利于企业实施开放式创新。33128

Title The research of human resource management in open innovation
Abstract
Nowadays, the method of open innovation has become more and more popular among different enterprises. With the basis of theories of open innovation and human resource management, this paper is aimed to discover the relationship between them by analyzing the relevant researches at home and abroad. This study, which is based on the present researches of open innovation, shows the importance of human resource management in those open innovation enterprises from the following aspects: the special quality of personnel, learning and training, the ways of motivation and organizational climate. In addition, this paper puts forward the methods how human resource management dealing with the challenge to improve the interpersonal relationship of people, the challenge of power shifting inside the organization, and the challenge to make people more valuable to the organization during the process of open innovation. The study makes a conclusion that the open innovation enterprises will be beneficial by paying great importance of human resource management and facing the challenges of human resource management positively.

1．1 研究背景
自从1912年，熊彼得（Schumpeter）最早提出“创新”这一概念以来，各个国家及地区的人们都逐渐认识到创新对于经济发展的重要作用。不论是在工业革命时代，还是知识经济时代，技术创新无疑一直都是经济发展的重要推进剂，是企业不可忽视的竞争法宝。
