摘要：随着经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平也在不断的提高，城市化的进程也在不断得到推进，建筑事业也就随着得到很大空间的发展。建筑工程在发展的同时也需创新管理、精细化管理来保证建筑施工工程的质量，在一个建筑工程施工周期中，有很多方面的问题，建筑工程施工现场的质量监督管理可以说是最重要的一个。随着时代的进步，人们对于工程质量的要求越来越高，施工现场的质量监督管理在建筑工程中的重要性也随之凸显出来。因此，本文就施工现场的质量监督管理进行了分析探讨，综合对比分析国内外监理现状，并以监理单位的角度，从影响施工质量的因素出发，论述了如何使我国监理单位在施工现场能够更有效率的进行监理。42833

Along with the progress of The Times, people more and more high to the requirement of engineering quality, the quality of the construction site supervision and management of the importance in the construction engineering are also highlighted. Therefore, in this paper, the quality supervision of the construction site management are analyzed, the comprehensive analysis of supervision status quo at home and abroad, and with the Angle of supervision company, starting from the factors affecting the quality of construction, it is discussed how to make supervision company in China can efficiently of supervision of the construction site.
