摘要随着社会经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平也在不断提高，他们开始追求精神上的富足。旅游业得到快速的发展，旅游市场的需求也在不断地发生着变化。 南京的民国建筑是南京城市的重要组成部分，也是南京旅游开发的重要依托。为了更好地保护南京的民国建筑，提高南京民国建筑的知名度。本文以南京民国建筑的保护与旅游开发作为研究对象，在问卷调查、实地调研的基础上了解南京民国建筑的类型、特点，并通过对调研数据的分析得出了南京民国建筑保护与旅游开发的现状，从中发现其存在的问题。在保护民国建筑的前提下，提出了民国建筑旅游开发的方案以及建议，以满足旅游市场的多样化需求。45969

ABSTRACT
Along with the social economy quickly growing, People's living standards are constantly improving. They begin to seek spiritual wealth. With the rapid development of tourism industry, the demand of tourism market is constantly changing. The constructions built in republic of China period in Nanjing is an important part of the city of Nanjing，but also an important basis for the development of tourism in Nanjing. In order to better protect the constructions built in republic of China period in Nanjing, improve the visibility of the Architecture. In this paper, we discuss the topic of the protection and tourism development of the constructions built in republic of China period in Nanjing. Based on the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation in understanding the constructions built in republic of China period in Nanjing types, characteristics, and through the analysis of the survey data, it concluded that the constructions built in republic of China period in Nanjing protection and tourism development present situation, from found the existing problems. Under the premise of protecting the construction built in republic of China period in Nanjing, Put forward tourism development plan and suggestions to meet the perse needs of the tourism market.
