摘要改革开放以来，我国以民营企业为代表的中小企业得到了迅猛发展，逐渐成为国民经济的重要组成部分。然而，融资困难这一国际性难题一直制约着我国中小企业的可持续发展。中小企业面临着内部融资比重大而自有资金仍存在不足，外部融资方面市场准入门槛过高且获得资金较少，外部环境增加融资难度等问题。本文就此具体分析了P2P网络借贷模式的产生原因和背景及其在中小企业融资中的特点和优势，着重介绍国内外中小企业P2P融资的发展状况和进行案例分析：国外市场包括Zopa，Prosper；国内市场包括拍拍贷，红岭创投，阿里小贷等。对宁波启明电子科技有限公司进行案例分析，从融资难现状，融资先行方式及成效，融资创新P2P等方面作详细的分析。总结归纳P2P在中小企业融资的实际运用中产生的问题并提出相应对策和建议。47892
Abstract：Since the reform and opening, our country represented by private enterprise obtained the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, has become an important part of national economy. However, financing difficult this international problem restricts the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. Internal financing of small and medium-sized enterprises face than major and its own capital is still insufficient, external financing market access threshold is too high and less access to capital, the external environment increase the difficulty of financing problems. The paper analyzes the causes and background of the P2P lending model and its features and advantages, in the small and medium-sized enterprise financing at home and abroad are introduced and the development situation of small and medium-sized enterprise financing P2P case analysis: foreign markets including Zopa, Prosper; Domestic market including clap, red hill venture capital, small loans, Alibaba. From the transaction cost, credit rating, growth, risk control, the default rate of peer-to-peer (P2P) at home and abroad to make a brief analysis. Sum up the practical application of P2P in the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
