摘要当今时代，是一个以全球化信息化为特征的竞争激烈的时代，是一个优胜劣汰的时代。置身于这样充满机遇和挑战的年代，想要生存就必须建立持久的竞争优势。比起单纯的个人英雄主义，拥有团队意识、善于团队合作的人无疑具有更大的生存空间和更为广阔的发展前景。本文从企业团队以及企业团队精神的内涵着手，论述了企业团队精神的重要作用，培育团队精神的原则，以此来论述和强调企业团队精神的重要性，探究了企业塑造团队精神的方法和途径。通过对团队精神的培养与发展，能够高效的开发和利用人力资源，促进企业的不断强大与发展。49413

The Effects and Shaping Methods of Team Spirits in Enterprises
Abstract
In modern times, our society is full of competitiveness which has the feature of globalization and informatization and which also selects the superior and eliminates the inferior. To survive well in the times full of opportunities and challenges, we must build lasting competitive advantages. Compared to a person with the idea of inpidualistic heroism, the person holding team consciousness and being skilled at team cooperation will undoubtedly have more living space and brighter prospect. From the term of enterprises’ teams and their spirits’ connotation, in order to emphasize the effects and methods of shaping team spirits; the thesis illustrates the importance of team spirits in enterprises and the principles of cultivating team spirits. Meanwhile, through the cultivation and development of team spirits, it will be beneficial to efficiently exploit and take advantage of human resources and make enterprises stronger.
