摘要在我国新型墙体材料可以简单理解为非粘土实心砖，和传统墙材相比，其具有节土、环保、利废等性能。实心粘土砖的生产浪费大量的耕地资源，并且造成环境污染，而资源和环境问题是制约中国发展的瓶颈，在此背景下，改革发展新型墙体材料具有重大战略意义。目前，国内使用的新型墙材主要有混凝土多孔砖、蒸压粉煤灰砖，混凝土空心砌块，纸质石膏板等。50135
本课题主要研究的内容是新型墙体材料在工程中推广应用存在的问题及对策研究。本文通过对新墙材出现的裂缝问题、渗漏问题、耐久性等问题的研究，查阅相关文献资料并结合工程实例具体分析生成原因，找出了相应的解决对策。
通过对浙江省墙材市场应用现状的调查，对比相关数据，了解到省内生产企业在产业方面存在的问题，建筑行业在施工方面的不足之处以及政府部门出台政策出现的纰漏，并对存在问题进行综合分析，为各企业、政府部门提出建议性意见，此建议可为相关单位墙材发展提供参考。
最后本文结合工程应用实例，探讨新型墙体材料的发展方向，为未来中国新型墙体材料的发展指明道路。

Abstract The new wall materials can be simply interpreted as a clay solid brick in China. Compared to traditional wall materials, their function with soil, environmental protection, advantages of waste and other properties.Solid clay brick production waste a lot of cultivated land resources and result in environmental pollution, resources and the environment is the bottleneck of restricting the development of China.In this context, the reform and development of new wall material is of great strategic significance.At present, domestic use of new wall materials are mainly concrete porous brick, The autoclaved fly ash brick, concrete hollow blocks, such as paper - faced gypsum board.

Through the investigation of present situation of application of wall materials market in Zhejiang Province, and compared to related data, we can find problems that production company have in the production industry , Shortcomings in the area of construction in the construction industry,and mistakes in the policy of the government making Comprehensive analysis of the problems, proposing constructive advice for the business, government departments observations, and this proposal can provide a reference for the relevant wall material development.
By referring to major projects carried out in China recently, we can explore the development of new wall materials for the future development of new wall materials in China .
