摘要：流水施工是一种在建筑施工中广泛使用且行之有效的组织科学施工的计划方法。它是建立在分工协作和大批量生产的基础上，其实质就是连续作业，组织均衡施工。比起建筑工程，装饰装修工程涉及的工艺技术复杂、工程项目工程量小、工程项目地点分散且涉及人员多等特点。除此之外装饰装修工程都是以个人家装为主，一个工程设计的工程量不大，而且这样的装修工程都是以小的装修公司或装修工人承包到手；较少有专门从事装修工程管理服务的装修管理服务公司，导致难以将流水施工应用于装饰装修工程。近几年装修工程慢慢从施工方手中脱离开来，出现了以服务为主的总包第三方，专门从事对施工项目的管理。装修工程由原来的：施工方（包工方）——业主到施工方——施工管理方—业主的转变。施工管理方将各工程项目聚集到一块统筹安排施工，同时通过对施工方的管理实现了专业化和标准化施工，使流水施工引入装饰装修工程管理成为可能。本文在装饰装修工程各工艺技术和工期管理学习基础上，通过对流水施工在建筑工程项目管理中的研究应用，探讨了将流水施工引入装饰装修工程的可行性，并通过一案列研究来做于说明。52413
