摘要： 当前上海社会组织不断发展，但于此同时也存在着一些问题，如管理体制障碍、服务机制不完善等等。本文在结合以往研究的基础上，运用了文献资料法和访谈法进行研究。通过对资料的分析得出上海社会组织的分布类型、典型特征、演进变迁及其存在的问题。本文认为上海社会组织的分布以民办非企业单位为主，典型特征为组织数量少、以社区为主要活动领域、组织领导人多数为知识分子、对政府部门资源依赖。上海社会组织的社会地位低、缺少专业人才、管理体制障碍、组织经费短缺、服务机制不完善是变迁过程中的主要问题。52783

Study on Social Work Graduates' Professional Identity Status and Influence Factors：Take Universities in Shanghai as an example
Abstract: The current social organizations in Shanghai are developing, but at the same time there are some problems, such as management system barriers, service mechanism is not perfect, and so on. On the basis of the previous studies, this paper uses the network collection method, the literature data method, and the interview method to carry on the research. Through the analysis of the data, the distribution types, typical characteristics, evolution and changes of the social organizations in Shanghai and the problems existed in the social organization are analyzed. This paper considers the distribution of the social organization of the Shanghai is dominated by private non enterprise units, the typical features of a number of less, to the community as the main areas of activity, intellectuals, rely on government resources for most of the leaders of the organization. Shanghai social organization's social status is low, the lack of professional talent, management system barriers, organization fund shortage, service mechanism is not perfect is the main problem in the process of change.

这些年，社会组织的发展在社会进步和政府职能改革中获得越来越多的重视和支持。的十六届六中全会、十七大都对社会组织工作提出了明确的要求，的十八大报告提出“把积极发展社会组织纳入到新型的社会管理机制中，鼓励社会组织积极发展，增加公众参与机会，推进公民社会和自治社会建设”，为社会组织的良好发展和参与社会管理提供了有力的政策保障。以服务社会、解决社会问题为宗旨的社会组织，是进行自我管理、自我发展、自我教育的平台，能够了解群体疾苦，贴近基层服务，适应性强、管理成本低、效率较高、服务内容灵活多样。作为社会的重要组成部分，社会组织也随着社会的进步而扮演者越来越重要的角色。
