摘要：为了适应现代科学进步， 满足社会发展的需要，安全工程应运而生。回顾我国的城、镇、乡的发展，安全问题总是层出不穷。因此引进国外的安全社区先进经验，经过安全社区的建立，能有效减少和控制安全事故的发生。把握安全社区的创建的理论，研究国内外安全社区文献，以安全社区的 12个安全促进项目为指导，分别对安全社区中存在的危险有害因素进行辨识，辨识的内容主要包括社区存在的各种各样的危险有害因素，进行分类处理，然后以方松街道安全社区为实例，理论和实际相结合，全面与细微相结合，专家与居民相结合，将存在的危险有害因素做一个系统的划分，并且将层次分析法和模糊评价法综合利用对辨识出来的危险有害因素进行评估全面性， 对安全社区中的危险有害因素提出合理的控制措施，给和谐社会增添一份彩，使安全社区更多一份心安，让居民生活更多一份舒心。56819

The use of hazard identification,risk assessment and controlin security communityAbstract:The safety engineering was born. I found some reasons to put forward reasonable control measures to thedangerous and harmful factors in the safety community. This could increase a color to aharmonious society.
