摘要 随着经济的快速发展,传统生产模式已经很难应对个性化、多样化的客户需求。人员作为生产的重要组成部分,人员心智负荷已成为影响产品生产的关键因素。针对现实中企业装配线工人负荷较高、安全事故频发的问题,在查阅相关文献与企业调研的基础上,结合企业实际在实验室对生产现场进行模拟与改进,在前期可行性评估之上,将生产线由传统装配线转变为单元生产线。以此基础,本文运用5W1H技术和 ECRS原则对瓶颈工位进行优化改善,并采用功能性近红外光谱技术(fNIRS),从人因角度对改善前后瓶颈工位工人的心智负荷进行了研究。通过对瓶颈工位工人在生产组织方式改变前后的数据进行采集及数据处理后,分析发现单元生产组织方式下的标准作业流程优化在提高生产效率的同时够有效降低工人的心智负荷, 通过对改善后的含氧血红蛋白数据的回归分析得到考虑心智负荷下的疲劳宽放系数, 将考虑心智负荷下的标准时间与传统方法制定的标准工时相对比发现,考虑心智负荷下的标准工时更贴近生产实际。这为企业生产组织方式的转变及标准作业制定提供了参考。58568 毕业论文关键词:fNIRS;作业疲劳;标准工时;单元生产;ECRS原则;
Research on work fatigue of operators on cell production line based on fNIRS technology Abstract With the rapid development of the economy, traditional production style cannot meet customized and devised demand of customers. As human plays a more and more important role in the progress of production, the mental workload of human become one of the key factor which influences the production of goods. Concerning the issue that the high level of workload suffered by assembly line workers resulting in the frequent safety accidents, which happened in thousands of factories, the paper, based on referring large amount of relevant literatures and conducting plenty of researches on some enterprises, first simulated the scene of real factories in the laboratory and then made some improvement to the situation, finally, when it is feasible, the production mode was converted to cell production from traditional assembly line. On the basis of these, the paper applied 5W1H technology and ECRS principle to optimize the work process at bottleneck station and, above all, used the functional near infrared spectroscopy technology (fNIRS) to study the mental workload of workers in the station before and after the improvement from the perspective of human factors. Through gathering and analyzing the related data before and after the change in mode of production, the paper found that under the condition of cell production, optimizing and standardizing the working process can not only improved production efficiency but correspondingly reducing workers' mental workload, and fixed the fatigue wide-discharge coefficient via regression analysis which took the mental workload into consideration. Compared with the standard time made in traditional method, the time made by considering mental workload meted closely to the real production situation, which could serve as a good model for factories to change their production mode and make some standard work process.
