摘要 随着世界经济的发展, 传统的质量管理模式已无法很好地解决企业所面临的问题,六西格玛管理方法是一种基于流程的质量改进方法,可以大幅度提高产品质量,降低成本,提升客户满意度。而现代很多企业对六西格玛管理方法不了解,应用六西格玛管理的意识很淡薄,这就有必要去研究六西格玛管理在企业的应用。 本文的引言部分介绍了研究的目的、意义、方法。第一章介绍六西格玛管理的基本理论,为六西格玛在公司的运用奠定了理论基础。第二章为公司概况,第三章为六西格玛管理在公司的具体运用,详细阐述了定义、测量、分析、改进、控制五个阶段,改进产品质量问题。第四章为结论。 本文以 H公司为例,探讨运用六西格玛管理方法来提高环纺筒纱的质量,具体使用DMAIC方法来分析解决问题。目标是降低原纱多纱以及空捻脱节。在 H公司中实施六西格玛管理后不仅成功解决了环纺筒纱的质量问题,原纱的接头强度由改进前的80.2%提升到 86.3%,而且积累了新的管理经验,企业的文化得到了提升,推广了六西格玛管理。本文研究表明六西格玛管理是现代企业解决质量问题的有效方法。58670

Application of the six sigma management method in the H company's product quality improvement Abstract Along with the development of world economy, the mode of the traditional quality management can't very well solve the problems faced by firms. The six sigma management method is an quality improvement method based on the process. It can greatly improve the product quality, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction. But many modern enterprises do not understand six sigma management method and the consciousness applied six sigma management is very weak. it is necessary to study the application of six sigma management in the enterprise. The introduction section of this article introduces the research purpose, significance, method. The first chapter introduces the basic theory of six sigma management, laid a solid theoretical basis for the use of six sigma in company. The second chapter is general situation survey of the company .The third chapter is concrete application of six sigma management in the company, expounding  the definition, measurement, analysis,  improvement, control the five stages to improve product quality problems. The fourth chapter is the conclusion.   This article takes H company as an example, this paper discusses using six sigma management method to  improve the quality of ring spinning cone yarn, using DMAIC improvement model to analyze and solve the problem. Goal is to reduce the original yarn twist yarn, and empty. After the implementation of six sigma management in H company we not only successfully solved the quality problem of the ring spinning cone yarn, yarn joint strength up to 86.3% from 80.2% before improvement, and accumulated new management experience, improved enterprise culture,promoted  the six sigma management. This paper  have shown that six sigma management is the effective method to solve the quality problem in modern enterprise.
