摘要本文首先总结分析传统采购管理的特点，找出传统采购模式的局限性，从而引出供应链模式下采购管理模式，通过对比分析其特点，展现其优越性，举例说明供应链模式下的采购管理如何实现以及如何带来效益；接着分析总结出供应链模式下采购管理的业务内容，针对JIT采购、电子采购、全球采购，分别设计出其采购管理业务流程，且分别说明在各个流程中所需要注意的要点；最后依据采购管理业务流程，设计出供应链模式下采购管理系统方案，画出功能结构图，分别介绍各个模块的功能，并讨论了系统网络安全设计需要的公钥基础设施和虚拟专用网。60258

Title    Research of Procurement Management and System Design  Based on the Model of Supply Chain Management                                          

Abstract

This paper first analyzed the characteristics of traditional procurement management to identify the limitations of the traditional procurement model. Then this paper propose the procurement management based on the model of supply chain management, which is characterized through comparative analysis, show its superiority. This paper illustrate the procurement management based on the model of supply chain management how to achieve and how to bring benefits for the enterprise. This paper was followed by an analysis summarizes the procurement management business content based on the model of supply chain management for JIT procurement, e-procurement, global sourcing, were designed out the procurement management business processes, and described in various processes that need attention points. Finally, based on the procurement management business processes based on the model of supply chain management, this paper designed procurement management system solutions, draw functional structure, function of each module are introduced and discussed the system design requires a public key network security infrastructure and virtual private networks.
