摘要：随着经济社会的不断发展和科技知识的迅速更新，群体决策面临的决策环境的不确定性和决策所需知识的复杂性大幅增加。为了提高群体决策绩效，有必要改进群体结构，合理组建来自各领域，在年龄、专业等等方面不同的异质决策者进行群体决策。本论文在回顾相关历史文献基础上，就群体决策中决策群体的结构出发，详细研究决策群体结构的外部因素、结构因素和过程因素对于决策方案创建的影响，同时结合一些相关理论，对决策方面的不定性结果采用粗糙集等数据管理方法，建立了方案集的形成模型，并进行了仿真模拟。期望通过改善决策群体结构来提高方案创建的绩效。本文的主要贡献在于将决策群体结构对方案创建的影响因素分类论述，并且运用基于学习的群决方案集的形成方法来解决现实决策问题。关键词 群体决策 方案创建 群体结构8348

Title The influence of Decsion-making group structure on the creation of decison-making plan
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and swift updating of scientific and technological knowledge, the uncertainty of the decision-making environment and the complexity of the decision-making knowledge that the group decision-making are facing is greatly increased. In order to improve group decision-making performance, it is necessary to improve the population structure,organize heterogeneous decision-makers of different age level with various specialties from perse domains to have group decision-making. The paper bases on the literary review of relational historic materials and starts from the structure of group decision-making, having a detailed study of the affection that the external factors, structural factors and process factors of it have had to the establishment of decision-making program. Besides, combine some relational theories, and taking the rough set management method for the undetermined result in aspect of decision-making. Furthermore, it has established the formation model of the scheme set and precedes an analogue simulation, expecting to increase the performance of program creation by ameliorating the structure of decision-making group. The main contribution of the thesis is that it has a classified discussion of the influencing factors to the scheme establishment which the structure of decision-making group has had. It also uses the formation method of group decision-making scheme set to solve the decision-making problems in reality.
