摘要本世纪初以来，随着江苏沿海发展战略的逐步实施，江苏沿海城镇轴的经济得以迅速发展，但其城市一体化水平的发展速度并不能完全跟上江苏沿海城镇轴的经济发展水平，而且江苏省沿海城镇轴的组成城市南通、连云港、盐城之间的发展并不均衡。本文利用熵值法对江苏沿海城镇轴的城乡一体化发展水平进行评估，研究发现南通城乡一体化发展水平最高，其次是盐城，而连云港城乡一体化水平最低。并从发展资源的分布、基础设施的投入和经济互动的角度分析了江苏沿海城镇轴城乡一体化水平差距产生的原因。在此基础上，提出促进江苏沿海城镇轴城乡一体化发展的主要对策。67200

Analysis of the Urban-rural Integration Development in JiangSu Coastal Towns Axis

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the axis of the coastal town of Jiangsu economy can be developed rapidly, but axis of the coastal city of Jiangsu province level city integration development speed and can not fully keep up with the axis of the coastal town of Jiangsu's economic development level, and between the axis of the coastal town of Jiangsu province city of Nantong, Lianyungang, Yancheng development is not balanced. In this paper, the entropy method to evaluate Jiangsu coastal towns axis of integration of urban and rural development level, the evaluation calculation, it is found that Nantong urban and rural integration development level is the highest, followed by the Yancheng, Lianyungang urban-rural integration level is the lowest. Then it analyzes the reasons for the gap between urban and rural integration in Jiangsu coastal cities and towns from the perspective of the development of the distribution of resources, infrastructure investment and economic interaction, and the countermeasures to reduce the gap between urban and rural areas.

1 绪论

1.1研究意义

江苏沿海城镇轴由南通、连云港、盐城三部分构成，其中南通和连云港是我国首次对外开放的城市之一，盐城是长江三角洲发展的重要的中心城市之一。对江苏沿海城市轴城乡一体化发展的分析不仅能深化对城乡一体化内涵的理解，更是城乡一体化知识体系的实际应用。并且江苏沿海城镇轴城乡一体化的发展程度是评估江苏省城乡一体化不可缺少的一部分，分析江苏沿海城镇轴城乡一体化发展对江苏省的经济增长和产业结构调整来说都是具有指导意义的。论文网
