摘要内蒙古是处于我国的北部边疆，它的省会是呼和浩特市，它跨度了东北、华北等 地区，与许多省市区相邻接，如蒙古国、俄罗斯等，同时它也是中国周边邻省最多的 行政区之一。内蒙古地域广阔，在其地域资源储量丰富，是中国的草原之宝。其草原、 森林和人均耕地面积处于全中国第一，稀土和金属的储量更是世界的首位，同时也是 中国最大的草原牧区。因此，植被覆盖变化成为内蒙古地区非常重要的研究课题。例 如赤峰市的植被覆盖变化将会对周围地区甚至北京的环境都造成影响。69944

本文利用 2000-2010 年的 MODIS-NDVI 遥感数据产品在 GIS 技术的支持下，利 用 Arcgis 软件对于内蒙古地区的植被覆盖进行分析，根据分析完成的植被覆盖的变 化，得出植被覆盖的趋势。为以后内蒙古地区的植被保护提出方案和措施。

Based on remote sensing vegetation index NDVI vegetation spatial and temporal variation analysis

Abstract Inner Mongolia is in China's northern borders, it is the capital of Hohhot, it spans the northeast, north China and other regions, with many provinces adjacent, such as Mongolia, Russia, etc., at the same time it is also one of the most peripheral neighbouring region in China. Vast Inner Mongolia, in the regional resources is abundant, is one of China's grassland. The grassland, forest and per capita cultivated land area in the whole of China is the first, the reserves of rare earth and metal is the world's first, is also the largest grassland in pastoral areas in China. Therefore, vegetation change become a very important research subject in Inner Mongolia. Chifeng city vegetation changes will, for example,  even Beijing's environment impact on the surrounding area.

This paper, by using the modis-ndvi data of 2000-2010 products under the support of GIS technology, using Arcgis software to analyze the vegetation in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to the analysis of the complete the change of vegetation coverage, it is concluded that the trend of the vegetation. For the Inner Mongolia area of vegetation protection scheme and measures are put forward.
