摘要随着飞速进步的数字化科技以及自由竞争程度不断开放的商业环境催生了电子商务迅猛的发展势头，国内电子商务的发展令人瞩目。但是最后一公里的薄弱成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈。电子商务是商流、资金流、物流、信息流结合体，其中无法简单地通过技术协作获得成功的物流成为决定电子商务效益的关键因素，电子商务发展的命脉。70900

本文通过以德邦物流公司为例对电子商务环境下第三方企业的运作模式进行了，首先分析了电子商务与第三方物流的概念的关系，本分析了我国国内政策对其的支持和发展思路，接着对德邦物流进行分析总结了我国第三方物流公司运营商处想的问题以及解决策略，并对未来第三方物流的发展进行了展望。
