摘要:“海归”曾经是一群具有职业光环的知识人才,而如今,回国后的海归面临的就业前景已不容乐观,面临的就业竞争力也不断增加。甚至有的学者提出了“海龟”变“海带”的现象。本文将从KLG公司研究入手,基于海归真实求职现状的基础上,对海归人员的求职意向,求职时所遇到的困境以及政府相应政策入手,对海归所面临的实际境遇进行原因分析以及给出相应的建议。经过调查研究表明:部分海归人员缺乏明确的职业规划,自我定位不准确,对国内所从事的领域认识不足等。同时政府的相关人才政策不够完善,企业在人才引进的缺陷等综合因素造成了海归求职困境。因此,海归人才正确的职业定位与职业认识,以及政府完善的人才引进政策,对于帮助海归求职尤为重要。71002

Returnees back job location problems research based on survey of the shanghai KLG company
ABSTRACT:"Sea turtles" used to be a group of intellectual talents with professional aura, but now, after returning, the employment foreground that returnees are faced with is not optimistic, and the employment competitive power is also increasing. Even someone put forward the "sea turtles" to "seaweed". This article will start the research from KLG company , and then based on the real job status. On the basis of objective of returnees,the encountered difficulties and corresponding policies of the government. An analysis of the causes of the actual situation for returnees faced and the corresponding Suggestions will be introduced. The investigation and study showed that a part of the returnees lack of clear career planning, have inaccurate self-image and inadequate understanding of domestic engaged in the field. At the same time, the imperfection of the related personnel policies of the government and enterprise are not perfect. All of the factors cause the plight of the "Sea turtles" . Therefore, the right career orientation and professional knowledge, and the government to perfect the talent introduction policies are particularly important.
