摘要历史文化街区记录了历史的沧海变换，保留了城市的历史记忆，丰富的文化内涵和巨大的历史价值存在它的空间内，是城市中具有鲜明代表性的传统地域景观。二十一世纪的飓风席卷而来，社会经济的茁壮成长，无数建筑物高耸于城市之中，城市中的人类的生活环境日新月异，城市富有着现代化的气息，历史文化街区在城市扮演的角色需要转换，在城市中发挥的功能也在不断变迁，以为了更好地适应现代城市发展的潮流。为了未来更好地让历史文化街区发挥其功能作用，使其更好地融入到城市发展中，对历史文化街区功能变迁及其对城市文化空间的构建的研究就变得非常有必要。72103

所以本文先概述了国内外对于历史文化街区的定义，紧接着对历史文化街区的类型及其价值进行阐述；然后以徐州市为例，研究了徐州历史文化街区的现状及其功能变迁，着重研究徐州户部山目前街区的价值和功能定位；最后研究了历史文化街区功能变迁对城市文化空间的建构。

The functional change of the historical and cultural blocks and its influence on the construction of urban cultural space--take xuzhou city for example

Abstract

The historical and cultural blocks records the transformation of the history, keeps the historical memory of the city,and rich cultural connotations and great historical values exists within its space。It is a typical traditional regional landscape of the city。 With the 21st century hurricane sweeping, the social economy thrives and many tall buildings exist in the city。The living environment of people is also changing all the time。 In order to adapt to the trend of the development of the modern city,the role of the historical and cultural blocks needs to change and the function it plays in the city is also changing。In order to let the historical and cultural blocks play its functional role in the city development,it is very necessary to study the evolvement of the functions of historical and cultural blocks and the influential role it takes to the urban cultural space。

So this paper first summarizes the definition of historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad, then on the type and its value of historical and cultural blocks,and then take xuzhou city for example,we studied the present situation of the historical and cultural blocks and its functional changes。We focus on the value and functional orientation of the HuBu Mountain in Xuzhou city。 Finally we study the functional change of the historical and cultural blocks and its influence on the construction of urban cultural space。
