摘  要：国外相关文献对行业工资收入差异的解释可归纳为两种因素：一是劳动力市场竞争性/市场化因素（包括人力资本补偿因素、劳动负效应因素等），二是非竞争/制度性因素（包括效率工资制度、工会因素、体制因素）。国内多数文献则归因于非竞争因素，侧重分析体制因素对行业工资差距的影响，特别是所有制垄断的影响，甚少从效率和竞争角度对技术密集型行业工资差距进行分析。本文依据2006-2014年《中国统计年鉴》中技术密集型行业平均工资的相关数据，分析我国行业收入差距的现状和历史变动轨迹。74804

China's technology-intensive industry wage differential evolution and the reasons for analysis

Abstract: Foreign literature to explain the industry wage income differences can be summarized as two factors: one is the marketization of the Labour market competitive/factors (including the compensation factor, negative effects of labor factor of human capital, etc。), the second is competition/institutional factors (including efficiency wage system, the union factor, system factor)。 Most domestic literature is due to the competitive factors, focusing on the analysis of system factors of the influence of the pay gap of the industry, especially the influence of ownership monopoly, little technology-intensive industry from the Angle of efficiency and competitive wage gap are analyzed。 According to China statistical yearbook from 2006 to 2014 in technology-intensive industry average salary related data, analysis the present situation of the income gap in the industry in China and the historical trajectory。
