摘要:社会发展到今天,经济的迅猛发展和人们就业观念的转变,双职工家庭越来越多。而伴随着时代的进步,新生代员工的工作-家庭观念都发生了极大的变化,在生活中,怎么做到工作、家庭互相融合,相互促进,工作-家庭的平衡尤为重要。个人资源可以用在生活中的各个领域,而工作资源不仅在工作中可以使个人获利,还可以帮助个体得到更多的个人资源。因此,工作资源可以通过提升个人的资源来影响工作-家庭的关系。74967

   本文通过文献综述对工作资源、新生代员工及其工作-家庭促进关系的国内外文献进行阅读整理;通过对新生代员工深入访谈的方式,深入了解探索工作资源是如何作用于工作-家庭促进的,分析其作用机理。并且,通过深入访谈,运用多元回归分析的方法验证工作资源对新生代员工工作-家庭促进的影响。

此次调研结果如下:工作尊重和工作意义对新生代员工工作-家庭促进显著正相关;工作自治对新生代员工家庭-工作促进显著正相关。新生代员工在工作中获得的尊重,有助于其提高对工作的满意度,这种积极的变化有助于他们更好的扮演在家庭总的角色。企业管理者给员工在工作中更多的自主性和灵活弹性的工作时间,可以提高他们对工作的满意度。合理和弹性的时间安排有利于工作家庭平衡,员工将更多的时间投入在家庭生活中有利于他们在家庭生活中的角色扮演,而这种良好的状态也会被带入到工作中,从而促进家庭-工作的健康发展。
