摘要电子商务的发展,跨境电商的兴起,快递业成为中国经济的黑马,在持续保持高增长姿态的同时也逐渐变成生活中不可或缺的工具。伴随着国家逐步开放国内快递市场,外资快递企业加速入局,我国快递业开始直面国际竞争。新形势下,探索行之有效的发展思路对国内快递服务企业而言至关重要。76540
本文以顺丰速运为研究对象,在介绍我国快递业发展现状的基础上,通过比较,分析顺丰速运与国际快递巨头之间存在的差距。运用SWOT分析模型进行战略性分析,阐述顺丰速运在竞争中所具有的优势、劣势以及其面临的机会、威胁,结合竞争战略理论,制定发展策略,并提出策略实施的相关保障措施。
Abstract: With the development of electronic commerce and the rise of cross-border e-commerce, express delivery industry becomes a dark horse of China’s economy, while maintaining high-speed growth, it becomes an indispensable tool in life gradually。 Foreign express enterprises accelerate to enter along with the government open the domestic express delivery market step by step, the express enterprises in our country start to face the international competition。 Exploring effective development strategies under the new situation is vital to internal express service enterprises。
S。F。 Express is the research object of this paper, on the basis of introduction about China’s express delivery industry development status, it analyze the gap between S。F。 Express and international giants by comparing。 Applying SWOT analysis model to strategic analysis, the thesis expounds the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of S。F。 Express in the competition, combining the theory of competitive strategy, development strategies are formulated and guarantee measures are put forward accordingly。
