摘  要科学合理的公安机关警力配置体系是公安机关队伍战斗力的重要保障。县级公安机关处于公安工作的基层，其警力配置的研究具有较大参考价值。县级公安机关警力的配置与其机构设置、职能定位、警务活动工作量、警力运行保障、教育训练机制等因素紧密相关。原阳县公安机关警力配置存在的主要问题是: 警力不足；警力资源配置不合理；教育训练不完善；警力运行保障不到位。科学配置原阳县公安机关警力的基本对策是：规范机构设置，科学界定职能；合理录用新警，推动警力下沉；完善教育训练机制，提升警力素质；健全职业保障，切实从优待警。78479

ABSTRACT A scientific and reasonable police force allocation system is an important guarantee for the combat effectiveness of the police force。 County level public security organs are at the basic level of public security work, so the research on the allocation of police force has great reference value。 The allocation of police force in county-level public security organs is closely related to its organization, function orientation, workload of police activities, operation guarantee of police force, education and training mechanism and other factors。 The main problems existing in the police force allocation of Yuanyang County public security organs are: insufficient police force; unreasonable allocation of police force resources; imperfect education and training; inadequate operational guarantee of police force。 The basic countermeasures to scientifically allocate the police force of Yuanyang County's public security organs are: standardizing the establishment of institutions, scientifically defining the functions; reasonably employing new police, promoting the sinking of police force; improving the education and training mechanism, improving the quality of police force; improving the occupational security, and practically treating the police with preferential treatment。
