摘 要:随着我国房地产业的不断发展,我国房地产市场出现了分级的趋势。近几年,一线城市仍为大家的置业热点地区,为加快新型城镇化发展,深化并推进以满足农民工等的新市民住房需求为主的住房体制改革,建立购买和租赁并举的住房制度,因此新政策将更大程度的惠及二、三线城市。面对激烈的市场竞争,房地产商不得不研究市场规律,重视营销问题,把营销管理上升到企业发展的战略高度,以满足消费者需求为目的制定营销策略。78686
随着互联网营销的不断进阶,营销策略越加看中客户需求,房企也再次在营销环节寻找突破点,运用互联网技术来宣传、推广产品,在2016年新形势下借助有利的新政策重新定位销售从而达到销售产品的目的。

Abstract: With the development of China's real estate industry, grading trend in China's real estate market。 In recent years, a city for all home buyers still hot spots, in order to accelerate the development of new towns, deepen and advance to meet the needs of migrant workers, such as new public housing oriented housing reform, establishing both buy and rental housing system, the new policy will benefit two or three cities to a greater degree。 Faced with the fierce market competition, real estate developers had to study the law of the market, focus on marketing issues, rise to the enterprise development strategic marketing management, with the aim to develop marketing strategies to meet consumer demand。
Along with the advanced Internet marketing, marketing strategy increasingly sees customer demand, housing prices are once again looking for breakthroughs in marketing, using Internet technology to advocacy, promote products, in 2016 under the new situation by means of a new relocation policy sales so as to achieve the purpose of selling products。
