摘要不同种类的合同都在某种程度上帮助供应链合作方规避风险、降低成本，可以作为有效的工具用来完成全局优化、更好地管理商品成本和风险之间的权衡以及激励供应链合作伙伴传递真实的客户需求的预测。本研究课题研究目的是探索不同采购合同对订货决策以及供应链总收益和各自收益等的影响研究，比较不同合同的适用范围和特点，为企业相关决策提供支持。本文定量地计算了应用不同采购合同使买卖双方及供应链达到最优化的算例，论证了合理使用采购合同能够提高采购方和供应商以及整条供应链收益，从而实现供应链协调。80168

论文主要内容包括以下几个部分：绪论部分主要介绍了论文的研究背景、目的及意义，概述了国内外关于供应合同的文献研究结果，最后介绍了论文的研究内容和框架。相关理论基础介绍了供应链管理、采购合同等的概念，着重分析了采购合同在供应链管理中的应用，为后续研究做好理论基础的铺垫。以回购合同、收益共享合同为代表进行算例计算，探索这两种采购合同对订货决策以及供应链总收益和各自收益等的影响。最后对不同采购合同的适用范围和特点进行比较并提出合理订购策略建议。

Title  Research on The Influence of The Type of Purchase Contract on Supply Chain 

Abstract

Different types of contracts can help to avoid the risk of supply chain partners, reduce costs in some way, and they can be effective tools used to optimize the performance of whole situation, manage the tradeoff between cost and risk of goods better and encourage supply chain partners deliver the real prediction of customer needs。The research purpose of this study is to explore effects of different procurement contracts on the ordering policy, the total supply chain and their respective benefits, and to compare applicable scope and characteristics of different contracts, at last, to provide support for the enterprise decision-making。This paper quantitatively calculated an example that the seller and the buyer and the supply chain are able to achieve the optimization by using different procurement contracts, demonstrates the rational use of the purchase contract can improve the purchaser and supplier and the whole supply chain profit, in order to achieve supply chain coordination。

The main content of this thesis includes the following parts: the introduction part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, overview the literature research results of the supply contract at home and abroad, finally introduced the research content and framework。 And the next part introduces the concept of supply chain management, purchasing contract, and analyzes the application of procurement contract in supply chain management, which is the foundation of the theoretical basis for the follow-up study。Taking repurchase contract and revenue sharing contract as representative examples,this paper is to explore effects of different procurement contracts on the ordering policy, the total supply chain and their respective benefits。  Finally, it compares the applicable scope and characteristics of different procurement contracts and puts forward reasonable order strategies and suggestions。
