    摘要随着静电打印与激光打印的广泛运用以及办公自动化的迅猛发展,彩色墨粉的需求量与日俱增。传统的熔融粉碎法制造的墨粉粒径较大且可控性差,粒形也不规则,已经满足不了当今对快速输出高清彩色图像与文字的新要求了。而使用化学聚合法制备的墨粉却更加牢固且粒径可控,所以目前这一领域的研究主要集中于化学聚合法领域。本文运用细乳液聚合法制备出同时包覆了两种组分的纳米彩色乳胶粒子,并通过添加凝聚剂等方法使其凝聚达到所需的微米级尺寸。
    本研究用树脂同时包覆了颜料及蜡两种组分,并探索了多组分纳米乳胶粒子凝聚复合的方法、粒径的控制等相关工艺。掌握了细乳液聚合制备彩色墨粉的方法并实现了后期凝聚对墨粉粒径的控制。使用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜等现代化手段对产品的粒径大小和分布以及形貌等方面进行了表征。最终我们得到了粒径在5~8um的彩色墨粉粒子以及粒径大小主要由搅拌速度、收缩温度和收缩时间决定的结论。21997

    Title   The coagulation of multicomponent nanocomposite      
               latex particles                                 
    Abstract
    With the extensive application of static dump and laser printing and the advancement of office automation, our demand for color toner are daily on the increase. The toners made by traditional melting pulverization method are larger in grain diameter and they have a wider size distribution and  irregular grain shape. All these made it failed to meet the current demand by fast output high-definition color images and text technology. But the toner particles produced by chemical polymerization method are more solid and well-distributed in size, so current researches in this area are focused on chemical polymerization method. This article use miniemulsion polymerization method to produce nano-colored latex particles which coated two different components and then by adding flocculants to achieve our desired micron size.
    In this study, pigment and wax are coated by resin by the same time. The coagulation method for multi-component composite nano-latex particles and its particle size control are also discussed in this study. The miniemulsion polymerization method for color toner production has being mastered and the size control for later coagulation has being achieved. Modern apparatus like laser particle size analyzer, SEM, TEM were used for particle size and distribution testing and the observation of particle morphology. At last,  we got the ideal color toner particles whose particle size is between 5~8um and we got the conclusion that the particle size is mainly decided by three factors include stirring speed, shrink temperature and contraction time.
