    摘要近年来,彩色墨粉的生产越来越受到人们的重视。传统的熔融粉碎法制备出的墨粉粒子的粒径和粒子的形貌已经不能够满足市场的需求,因此人们开始采用化学聚合法制备墨粉。
    本次研究用树脂包覆颜料组分,采用无机盐凝聚剂对乳液进行凝聚,探究聚合部分对凝聚的影响以及凝聚过程中粒子粒径、形貌的控制因素。掌握了采用细乳液聚合法制备彩色墨粉的方法。在制得乳胶粒子后使用透射电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、扫描电子显微镜、热失重分析仪等进行表征处理。最终得到了乳化剂总量、凝聚剂浓度、搅拌速度、升温速率以及降温速率对墨粉粒子粒径及其分布的影响。乳化剂总量越大,粒子粒径越小,形貌越不规则;凝聚剂浓度对粒子粒径及其分布几乎没有影响;随着搅拌速度的增加,粒子的粒径变小,粒子的形貌更均匀,粒径的分布更加窄;升温速率快的得到的产物粒子粒径更接近于我们的目标粒径且粒径的分布更均匀;降温速率慢的产物粒子粒径更接近于我们的目标粒径且粒径的分布更均匀,但是降温速率快得到的粒子形貌更接近球形。29007

    Title    The Preparation and Aggregation of Nano Composite Latex Particles                   
    Abstract
    In recent years, the production of color toner gets more people's attention. The morphology and particle size of toner particles which is prepared by traditional melting pulverization can not meet the needs of the market.So people begin to prepare toner by chemical polymerization method.
    This study used resin coated pigment composition and condensed by inorganic coagulating agent to explore the polymerization’s effect to condensation and the particle size, the morphology’s control factors in the process of coagulation. The method of preparing color toner was mastered by miniemulsion polymerization. The latex particle was characteriseticed by using transmission electron microscope, laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analyzer and so on. Finally we find the Influence of total amount of emulsifiers, cohesion agent concentration, stirring speed, heating rate and cooling rate on the toner particle particle size and its distribution. The more the total emulsifier, the smaller the particle size, the more irregular morphology. The concentration of coagulant has little effect on the particle size and its distribution. With the increase of the mixing speed, the particle size becomes smaller, the particle morphology is more uniform, and the distribution of the particle size is narrower. The particle size of the product obtained by the high temperature rate is closer to the particle size of our target, and the distribution of the particle size is more uniform. The particle size of the product with slow cooling rate is closer to the size of our target and the distribution of the particle size is more uniform,but the But the morphology of the particles is more close to the spherical shape.
