摘要:采用浸渍法制备了一系列的氟改性纳米HZSM-5分子筛催化剂。并对样品进行了XRD、BET、NH3-TPD等表征,并在常压、反应温度为500 ℃和乙醇空速(WHSV)为1.58h-1的反应条件下,在连续流动固定床微型反应器上考察了其催化乙醇制丙烯的性能。研究结果表明,对纳米HZSM-5分子筛进行氟改性后,分子筛的结构未被破坏,仍保持良好的MFI构型。但对孔结构及酸性质影响较大。随着氟含量的不断增加,介孔逐渐增多,强酸位的数量减少,弱酸位的数量增加。并且弱酸位对应的脱附峰向低温偏移,表明处理后的分子筛酸强度减弱。其中氟含量为15%的改性分子筛,由于其适当的酸性质,使得其丙烯选择性较之前有所提高,且稳定性由未改性时的51h显著延长至102h,而且氟改性后,催化剂在乙醇制丙烯反应中的积碳量和积碳速率明显降低。35039

Study on peparation of propylene by bio ethanol on the fluorinated nanosized HZSM-5 zeolites
Abstract:A series of fluorinated modified nano HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. And the samples were bet, XRD, NH3-TPD, and at atmospheric pressure, reaction temperature to 500℃ and ethanol airspeed (WHSV) 1.58h-1 reaction conditions of the, in a continuous flow fixed bed micro reactor was investigated the performance of the catalytic ethanol propylene. The results show that the structure of the molecular sieve is not destroyed after the modification of the nano HZSM-5 zeolite, and the structure of the MFI is maintained. However, the structure and acid properties of the hole are relatively large. With the increase of fluorine content, mesoporous gradually increased, reducing the number of strong acid sites, the increase in the number of sites. And the weak acid sites corresponding to the desorption peak to low temperature, indicating that the molecular sieve acid strength after treatment. Which fluorine content is 15% of the modified molecular sieve, due to its proper acid properties, making the propene selectivity increased compared to before and stability by the unmodified 51h significantly extended to 102H and fluorine modified, catalyst in ethanol propylene reaction product carbon content and carbon deposition rate decreased significantly.
