设计总说明: 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯简称为PET,别名涤纶树脂或聚酯树脂,俗称涤纶。是由对苯二甲酸和乙二醇直接酯化法或对苯二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换法制成的聚合物。它与PBT一起统称为热塑性聚酯,或饱和聚酯。35108
PET树脂的合成方法主要有:酯交换法(DMT)、直接酯化法(PTA)等,直接酯化法是广泛采用。因为使用PTA法单耗低于DMT近15%,而价格通常还比DMT法略低,因而产品原料的成本必然降低。PTA法无甲醇生成,因而省去甲醇回收工序,流程简短并节省投资。而且也不存在甲醇防火防暴问题,可降低消防和安全要求。PTA法中EG/PTA配比通常较低,因此EG精制工序处理量小,有利于减少投资。综合考虑,本次设计选择生产方法为PTA法。
根据下达的设计任务书,本设计进行了年产10万吨聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的车间工艺设计。通过查阅大量的文献资料和调研实习,对PET的性能进行了总结,对PET的生产工艺进行了科学论证,对物料、热量进行了衡算,对生产设备进行了计算和选型。根据年产10万吨PET聚合物车间工艺设计进行了车间的布置设计,本设计中,车间采用长方形双层厂房。长方形车间比较便于作全厂总平面布置,节约用地,方便设备的排列。厂房的选址会根据自然地理特征、运输条件、水源和动力供应条件、建筑施工条件以及工人住宅条件等原则进行优选。本设计也充分考虑了人员安全和环境保护方面的问题。在生产过程中,要求生产人员严格遵守操作规章,并经常参加安全知识的相关培训,了解相关信息。在环保方面,对废水和噪音的排放也进行严格要求。
本设计由许春华老师指导,他提出了许多宝贵的意见来帮助我完成了PET聚合物车间工艺设计,在此表示衷心感谢。通过本设计,本人对PET生产的流程以及其应用有了较全面的掌握,这为今后从事相关的工作打下了基础。

According assigned book design, this design was 100,000 tons of polyethylene terephthalate workshop process design. By consulting a large number of documents and research internship, general and technological properties of PET were summarized for PET production process was scientific proof, the material, the heat was balance, the production equipment for the calculation and selection . According to an annual output of 100,000 tons PET polymer plant process design of the plant layout design, the design, the workshop using rectangular double plant. Comparison shop for total ease of rectangular plant general layout, land conservation, to facilitate the arrangement of the device.
