    摘要:本课题为制备得到具有良好的稳定性的茶树油精油微胶囊,且研究茶树精油微胶囊的抑菌能力。本实验采用乳化包埋法制作纳米颗粒,选用变量控制为壁材配比,搅拌时间30-60min作为考察时间,pH1.5-9.5作为考察pH,选取茶树精油为芯材,分别试验了甜茶提取物,明胶,阿拉伯胶,β-环糊精和麦芽糊精,单独或配比使用时对于茶树精油的包埋作用。采用滤纸片扩散法,以大肠杆菌、产黄青霉为指示菌,测定茶树精油和茶树精油微胶囊的抑菌活性。用不同浓度的茶树精油和茶树精油微胶囊做最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测定。结果表明:采用甜茶提取物和麦芽糊精为壁材,控制壁材配比为5:5,芯材壁材配比为10:1,搅拌时间为60min,体系pH为5.5,制得了粒径80nm,包埋率达到了85%的茶树油精油微胶囊,该茶树油精油微胶囊具有良好的稳定性。同时茶树精油微胶囊的抑菌能力与茶树精油相当,对产黄青霉的抑菌作用较强,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用较弱。35195

    Preparation and Properties of Tea Tree Oil Microcapsules
    Abstract:For the preparation of this paper to give a good stability of tea tree oil microcapsules and study antibacterial activity of tea tree oil microcapsules. In this study, the production of emulsion embedding nanoparticles, use variable control as wall material ratio, mixing time 30-60min as study time, pH1.5-9.5 as study pH, choose tea tree oil as core material were tested Rubusoside material, gelatin, gum arabic, β- cyclodextrin and maltodextrin, alone or when used for the ratio of embedding the role of tea tree oil. Filter paper diffusion method, E. coli, P. chrysogenum as indicative bacteria, antibacterial activity was measured tea tree oil and tea tree oil microcapsules. With different concentrations of tea tree oil and tea tree oil microcapsules do the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination. The results show that: sweet tea extract and maltodextrin as wall material, wall material ratio control is 5: 5, core wall material ratio of 10: 1, stirring time is 60min, the pH of 5.5, was prepared grain 80nm , embedding rate reached 85% of the tea tree oil microcapsules, the tea tree oil microcapsules have good stability. Meanwhile antibacterial activity of tea tree oil and tea tree oil microcapsules equivalent chrysogenum inhibitory effect on strong inhibitory effect on E. coli weak.
