    摘要:本设计是处理牛皮纸板箱造纸废水即制浆造纸废水的设计,污水量为1 万m3/d,CODcr=4000mg/L、BOD5=800mg/L、NH3-N=30mg/L、TP=10mg/L。
    经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较,确定采用SBR 工艺以及当出水水质达不到排放标准时采用后续的三级处理,以达到脱氮、除磷、降解有机物,获到更加干净清澈的出水水质的目的。SBR生物反应池是通过污水不断经过进水期、反应期、沉淀期、排水排泥期、闲置期这五个阶段,来达到污水净化处理的目的,最后污水进入三级设备消毒池,进行消毒处理,以到达进一步净化水质的目的。37501
    根据确定的工艺流程,设计通过对格栅、曝气式沉砂池、调节池、混凝沉淀池、SBR 生物反应池、消毒池和污泥浓缩池等构筑物的主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失计算及管路的计算,完成设计说明书、工艺流程图(含高层布置)、平面布置图和主体构筑物单体图。
    本设计具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。投资费用为2068.65万元,运行费用414.48 万元/年。每吨水处理费用为1.12 元。本设计具有基建费用及运行费用较低,对现有设施的改造较容易,运行稳定,占地面积小,处理效果较好,二次污染少等优点,确保污水处理能够达标排放。污水处理构筑物整体布置紧凑、合理,以实用和美观相结合的总布成花园式污水处理厂,采用目前国内成熟、实用的处理工艺。
    制浆污水经过该工艺处理以后,预计可达到《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)中的排放标准, 即CODcr≦500mg/L ; BOD5≦30mg/L ;NH3-N≦20mg/L; TP≦8 mg/L,达到消除污染、实现保护环境、造福人类的目的。

    This design is technically feasible and economically reasonable effect. Investment cost is 10.5161 million yuan, operating cost 4.399 million yuan/year. Water treatment cost is 0.17 yuan per ton. This design has the construction cost and operation cost is low, easy for the modification of the existing facilities, stable operation, cover an area of an area small, better treatment effect, less secondary pollution, ensure sewage treatment standards. Sewage treatment structures the overall layout is compact, is reasonable, with the combination of practical and beautiful always cloth into a garden-like sewage treatment plant, using the current domestic mature and practical treatment process.
