摘要:以二氧化钛为载体负载在纳米金催化剂上对CO氧化具有很高的催化活性,但是这种催化剂会因为高温烧结而失活,不容易通过高温再生,同时催化剂的反应稳定性不高,因此影响金催化剂的工业应用。在高比表面积的介孔二氧化钛上掺杂不同的过渡金属氧化物如氧化锌,通过沉淀-沉积的方法可以将金纳米粒子高度分散到二氧化钛的孔道和表面上,这样增加了金催化剂在高温下的抗烧结能力,同时增加金催化剂的反应稳定性。制备得到的介孔二氧化钛/氧化锌为载体负载金纳米粒子,用于CO的催化氧化研究。研究结果如下:
本课题通过蒸发诱导自组装的方法(EISA),制备出了高比表面积和高结晶度的介孔二氧化钛/氧化锌。用非离子表面活性剂F127作为模板剂,正硅酸四乙酯和可溶性酚醛树脂分别作为无机和有机的前驱体,可溶性酚醛树脂,优尔水硝酸锌和钛酸四正丁酯分别作为碳,锌和钛的来源物质。经过有机-无机协同作用并进一步在600 °C以上的高温处理,得到了有序介孔TiO2/SiO2/C复合材料,再分别除去碳骨架和二氧化硅模板,制备得到了介孔二氧化钛/氧化锌。通过改变这五种物质的摩尔来控制介孔的形成和比表面积,最终获得了高比表面积(大于300m2/g)的高结晶度介孔二氧化钛/氧化锌。用XRD, N2吸脱附图、扫描电镜SEM图来表征。37504

Mesoporous titanium dioxide doped Zinc Oxide and research the catalytic oxidation of CO
Abstract:With titanium dioxide as carrier load in nano gold catalysts for CO oxidation has very high catalytic activity, but the catalyst will because of the high temperature sintering and inactivation, not readily pass through high temperature regeneration, and the catalytic stability is not high, therefore the impact of the industrial application of gold catalyst. In the high specific surface area of the mesoporous TiO2 doped with different transition metal oxides such as zinc oxide, by precipitation method of deposition can be gold nanoparticles highly dispersed to TiO2 pore and surface, thus increasing the gold catalyst at high temperature anti sintering ability, and increase the gold catalyst stability in the reaction. The mesoporous titania / zinc oxide loaded gold nanoparticles were prepared for catalytic oxidation of CO .The results were as follows:
In this thesis, the mesoporous titania / zinc oxide with high specific surface area and high crystallinity was prepared by evaporation induced self-assembly method (EISA).Non ionic surfactant F127 as template is tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and soluble phenolic resin respectively as inorganic and organic precursor, soluble phenolic resin, six water zinc nitrate and tetrabutyl titanate four n-butyl acetate was used as carbon, zinc and titanium material sources. After the organic - inorganic synergistic effect and further in more than 6000C high temperature treatment, the ordered mesoporous TiO2/SiO2/C composite, respectively to remove carbon skeleton and silica templates, prepared by the TiO2/Zn0. By changing the molar of the five substances to control the formation and specific surface area of the mesoporous, the high crystallinity TiO2/Zn0 with high specific surface area (greater than 300m2/g) was obtained.By XRD, N2 adsorption, scanning electron microscopy figure SEM graph representation.
