    摘要:本文以壳聚糖为壁材,文生素C水溶液为芯材,利用多重乳液法制备天然文C胶囊。考察了内相乳化剂种类、乳化方法、芯壁比等因素对天然文C胶囊形态的影响。采用光学显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪、对微胶囊的形貌、结构以及包埋率进行了分析和表征。采用紫外分光光度计测试了天然文C胶囊的缓释性能。结果表明,内乳液乳化剂用Span-80用量为4%;m(油相):m(水相)=2:1;内乳液制备方式为搅拌加均质;乳化剂tween-20用量为3%;m(水相):m(内乳液)=2:1;壳聚糖溶液浓度为1.5%;氯化钙为固化剂;机械搅拌15分钟时,制备出来的天然文C胶囊形态最佳,粒径为84微米,文C包覆率为5.248%。由红外结果可知,3404cm-1,1107cm-1处羟基吸收峰以及1737cm-1处酯基C-O键吸收峰的出现说明文生素C被成功包覆。由紫外测试结果可知,天然文C胶囊在水溶液和模拟胃液中,文C含量随着时间增加而缓慢增加,具有一定的缓释性能。39051

    Study on the preparation of a kind of natural vitamin C capsules
    Abstract:In this paper, the natural VitaminC capsules were prepared through multiple emulsion polymerization method using chitosan as wall materials and Vitamin C solution as core materials.The optimum preparation conditions were obtained by investigating the influence of emulsifier, emulsification method,the ratio of core to wall and other single factors.The microscope observe its morphology, the fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR) analysis its constituents, thermogravimetricanalysis (TGA) measure its coating rate and ultraviolet spectroscopy measure its slow-release property.The optimum preparation conditions were determined: m(inner emulsifier: Span-80) is 4%,m(soybean oil):m(vc solution)=2:1, mixing and homogenizing to prepare the inner emulsion, m(tween-20)is 3%,m(outer water phase):m(inner emulsion)=2:1,w(chitosan solution) is 1.5%, using CaCl2 as curing agent and mixing 15minute. The particle diameter is 84μm.The coating rate is 5.248%.FTIR spectrum shows that absorption peaks of oxhydryl group appear at 3404cm-1,1107cm-1 and absorption peak of ester C-O bond appears at 1737cm-1,which means the successful encapsulation of  Vitamin C solution.Through ultraviolet spectroscopy results show that natural vitamin C capsule in aqueous solution and simulated gastric fluid, vitamin C contents increased with time and slowlyincrease, indicating some slow-release property.
