摘要:本实验选取具有一定抗氧化性能的松节油香精为芯材,β-环糊精为壁材,使用饱和水溶液法来制备松节油香精β-环糊精微胶囊。通过以松节油包埋率与微胶囊产率作为参考,确定微胶囊制备的最优工艺。并通过使用薄层色谱、红外、扫描电镜等研究测定松节油香精微胶囊产品的物理化学性质。 同时进行研究松节油香精微胶囊产品的抗氧化性质,分析微胶囊包埋对松节油香精的抗氧化性质的影响。实验结果表明:饱和水溶液法饱和水溶液法制备松节油香精微胶囊的最优工艺:包埋温度为60℃,包埋时间为2.5h,芯材(松节油香精):壁材(β-环糊精)=1:4(g:mL);包合物形成一种新的结构,且包埋前后的松节油香精的化学成分组成基本保持不变;松节油香精的ABTS与DPPH抗氧化性测试表明,松节油香精对ADBT与DPPH具有较好的清除能力。同时松节油香精微胶囊产品也有着抗氧化性能。42754

One kind of antioxidant properties of turpentine oil incense essence capsule preparation and research
Abstract: this study selected with a range of oxidation resistance of turpentine essence as core materials, β-CD as wall material, the use of saturated water solution method for the preparation of turpentine flavor β-CD microcapsules.By turpentine embedding rate and production rate of microcapsules as a reference, to determine the optimal technology of microcapsules preparation.And by using thin layer chromatography, infrared and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) study of determination of turpentine oil incense subtle capsule physical and chemical properties of the product.At the same time to research the turpentine antioxidant properties of sweet subtle capsule products, analysis of microcapsule embedding effect on antioxidant properties of turpentine flavor.The experimental results show that the saturated water solution method of saturated water solution of turpentine of subtle capsule prepared by the optimum craft: the embedding temperature of 60 ℃, the embedding time was 2.5 h, core material (Turpentine essence) : wall (β-CD) = 1:4 (g: mL);Inclusion compound to form a new structure, and the embedding of before and after the chemical composition of turpentine flavor basic remain unchanged;Turpentine essence of DPPH and ABTS oxidation resistance test showed that the turpentine flavor has good removal capability to the ADBT with DPPH.Turpentine essence capsule products also have antioxidant properties.
