物料衡算
在整个设计过程中,首先由目标产量采用倒算的方法计算得实际生产中的投料量。根据每日投料消耗量进行物料配置。按工艺流程,物料衡算共分为以下三个部分:甲基化反应、Na2CO3吸收、 NaOH吸收过程。计算每个部分的进料量、出料量,并换算其摩尔数、体积等相应数据。估算损失的产品量,预算应得产品的质量。
在进行物料衡算的时侯,每一步的计算都必须非常的仔细,因为每一步的反应的物料的量和下一个反应的物料的量都是有关的,所以一旦其中某个环节计算错误,那么意着很有可能后面所有的计算都需要重新进行计算,这将需要花费很多的时间。
热量衡算
热量衡算同样也是我们设计任务书中的一个主要部分。
热量衡算包括四个核算部分:配碱热量、甲基化反应过程、冷凝器热量变化、Na2CO3吸收、 NaOH吸收过程的热量计算。通过应用卡拉奇公式对反应热的热量平衡进行计算,定压摩尔热容及燃烧热数据等都通过《化工工艺设计手册》及相应公式进行估算。从而计算出生产过程能耗指标,以选定先进的生产工艺。
3.设备选型
我们对反应器进行选型和传热面积的校核,绘制并绘出其装备图。
本设计依据于教科书的设计实例,对所提出的题目进行分析并做出理论计算。
对以下几个过程设计反应釜:NaSH配料锅及夹套、冷凝器的选择、Na2CO3反应锅和吸收塔、 NaOH反应锅和吸收塔、以及尾气吸收装置
5非工艺设计
从土建方面要求和环保方面-三废处理进行考虑,结合甲硫醇钠生产工艺流程的特点,进行非工艺方面的设计。

1 Overview

Sodium methyl mercaptide (sodium methyl mercaptide), molecular formula: CH3SNa, liquid alkali solution, fetid odor, soluble in water, soluble in methanol, but insoluble in ether. Synthetic technology of sodium methyl mercaptide improvement is focusing on R & D to promote clean technology, reduce environmental pollution, increase the ability of sustainable development, the purpose is to improve product quality and reduce production cost.
