摘要:上转换发光纳米材料是一种新出现的发光材料,它有稳定性高,高能环保无毒且发射峰窄,同时也不易发生光漂白,发射波长可控制在生物体内信噪比低等一系列的优点,应用远景十分广泛,本文采用溶剂热法制备上转换发光NaYF4 : Yb3+, Er3+纳米材料,调查进行了在不同反应温度、反应时间溶剂和表面活性剂情况下的表征测试。最终实验的结果表明:在160 ℃情况下连续保持反应11小时,溶剂为乙醇,所添加表面活性剂为0.001 g时,获得样品发光效果最明显。且通过查看荧光光谱可知,样品发射波长630 nm-660 nm的范围内。50535

Synthesis and Properties of Up Conversion Luminescent Fluoride
Abstract:Upconversion luminescence nano materials is a new luminescent material. It has high stability, high energy environmental protection non-toxic and narrow emission. At the same time, it is not easy to happen photo bleaching and emission wavelength can be controlled in vivo signal to noise than the low a series of advantages, application prospect is very extensive. In this paper the solvothermal preparation of upconversion NaYF4: Yb3+, Er3+ nano materials, the investigation was carried out on characterization tests under different reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent and surface active agent. The results of the final experiment showed that: when the 160 oC in the case of continuous reaction for 11 hours, the solvent was ethanol, the added surfactant was 0.001 g, the best results were obtained. And by viewing the fluorescence spectrum, the sample can emit bright yellow green light at the wavelength of 630 nm -660 nm.

上转换发光纳米材料是一种近年新兴出现的发光材料,它有稳定性高,高能环保无毒且发射峰窄,同时也不易发生光漂白,发射波长可控制在生物体内信噪比低等一系列优点,因而其是一种理想型的荧光探针,故此应用十分广泛[1-3],且它有很多优点,其输出的波长皆具有着一定范围内的可调节性[4-6]。随着频率上转换发光材料的探究进展以及激发技术的不断改进与完善,人们同时在考虑推广其可以在我们身边发挥更大的作用,加宽在我们生活中的应用领域,可以在我们已经掌握的科学成就和研究成果中开发更新一代的科技产品[7-11]。
上转换发光就是将吸收两种或者是两种以上的低能级的光子去辐射成为源!自`优尔+文*论(文`网[www.youerw.com一个高能级的光子的发光现象,它是一种只要在近红外光激发系就可以发出可见光或者紫外光的新兴发光原料[12-15],上转换发光只需要低功率密度(1-103 W/cm2)的近红外连续激光发射器,所以具有很强的普适性[15, 16]。
