摘要:本次论文主要讨论研究,以硝酸铜、硝酸铈为原料,草酸为沉淀剂,通过固相法、沉淀法和采用 PEG 隔离的固相法这三种方法制备 CuO-CeO2催化剂,并将所得催化剂均匀分为三份,分别在马弗炉中进行不同温度的焙烧(500℃,650℃和 800℃)4小时,得最终所需的CuO-CeO2催化剂。分别对这些催化剂进行CO活性评价测试和H2-TPR 表征。H2-TPR表征的实验结果表明,在制备方法相同的情况下,焙烧温度越高,催化剂还原性能越差,即,500℃焙烧所得的催化剂拥有最佳活性;在焙烧温度相同的情况下,固相法和沉淀法所制备的催化剂还原性能相近,而加入 PEG的催化剂则还原性能大大降低。CO活性评价测试的实验结果与H2-TPR 表征的实验结果相符。同一制备方法所得的催化剂,随着焙烧温度的升高,催化剂对CO的氧化性越差,同一焙烧温度下的催化剂,固相法和沉淀法所得催化剂对 CO 氧化性能相近,而加入 PEG 的催化剂则催化氧化性能大大降低。 56999

Comparison of CuO-CeO2 catalysts prepared by solid state method and precipitation method and their CO oxidation activity
Abstract: This paper mainly study and discuss that, the CuO-CeO2 catalysts prepared by the solid state method, the precipitation method and the solid state used PEG while copper nitrate and cerium nitrate as raw materials and oxalic acid as the precipitating agent. Then those catalysts will be pided into three parts which will be respectively calcined at muffle furnace for 4 hours at different temperature (500℃, 650℃ and 800℃), and we will get the CuO-CeO2 catalysts we want. These CuO-CeO2 catalysts will be characterized by using H2-TPR technologies and be investigated by a microreator-GC for the catalytic activity of the low-temperature CO oxidation. The result of the H2-TPR technologies reports that, when the preparation methods are the same, the higher the calcined temperature, the lower the catalysts’ reduction performance is. In the other words, the catalysts calcined at 500℃ has the best reduction performance. When at the same calcined temperature, the reduction performance of the catalysts prepared by the solid state method and the precipitation method is close, however because of the using of the PEG, the reduction performance of the product prepared by the third method reduces greatly. The result of the CO oxidation match with the H2-TPR’s. The catalysts prepared by the same method, with the calcined temperature rising, the catalytic activity of the low-temperature CO oxidation is lower, while the catalysts calcined at the same temperature, the catalysts prepared by the solid state method and the precipitation method has the similar catalytic activity of the low-temperature CO oxidation, however the catalyst involved PEG has the poor catalytic activity of the low-temperature CO oxidation.
