摘要:丙烯是仅次于乙烯的第二大石化基础原料,可用于生产聚丙烯、丙烯腈、丁辛醇、环氧丙烷、丙烯酸及多酯等众多产品,被广泛应用于国民经济和生活的各个领域。丙烯主要通过蒸汽裂解制乙烯的联产和炼厂催化装置的干气中获得,此外丙烷脱氢和以甲醇为原料的缩合法(MTP)也是丙烯生产的重要补充。国内丙烯生产主要集中在中石化、中石油量大集团公司,初步估算2009年其丙烯产量合计约953万吨,约占全国总产量的百分之八十二。2009年我国丙烯表现消费量约为1305万吨,当量消费约为1975万吨,当量自给率仅百分之五十八。在宏观上,国内油品及乙烯原料的供应仍将是紧张的,必须开辟增产丙烯的新途径。本文针对丙烯短缺的现状,以甲醇为原料通过催化方法生产丙烯,将低附加值的甲醇转化成高经济附加值的丙烯,设计了60万吨/年能力的甲醇转化制丙烯装置。文中对甲醇制丙烯的工艺进行了选择,对主工工艺参数进行了计算,利用ASPEN PLUS软件进行了严格的物料衡算和热量衡算,并对主要设备进行了选型计算。本设计对于国内丙烯短缺现状的缓解具有一定的积极意义。57845
