摘 要:近年来,全球包括中国对PX及其下游产品的需求一直呈增长趋势,PX供不应求状况日益突出。本设计依托团队工艺设计方案,根据流程模拟与计算数据,在满足工艺要求并充分考虑其经济性的前提下,对塔设备、反应器、换热器、储罐及泵进行了设计、选型和校核研究。设计中甲苯塔采用双溢流浮阀板式塔板,异构化反应器选型为径向绝热固定床反应器,苯产品冷却器型号为G1000-VI-0.6-387.1,单个对二甲苯储罐公称容积为10000 m3,回收塔水抽出泵型号为IS80-50-250。66647

Abstract:In recent years, the demand of PX and its down-stream products from all over the world including China increases rapidly. The tight market situation of shortage becomes serious. Tower equipments, reactors and heat exchangers were designed, lectotype-selected and checked based on the production process of the team, process simulation and computation data. It also meet the premise of technological requirements and take a full consideration of economy. In this design, the toluene tower was double overflow and floating valve tray. The selected isomerization reactor was the radial adiabatic fixed-bed reactor. The model of the cooler of benzene products was G1000-VI-0.6-387.1. The nominal volume of p-xylene was 10000 m3. The model of extraction pump from recovery tower was IS80-50-250.
