摘要:本课题研究了黄芩苷、芦丁的一些应用性能,主要为溶解性和稳定性方面。研究过程中初步探究黄芩苷、芦丁在不同溶剂、不同油脂下、不同温度下的溶解情况,后实验使用紫外分光光度计来探究了黄芩苷、芦丁在不同含量乙醇溶液及不同pH值介质中的吸光度变化,以及黄芩苷、芦丁在紫外光照下的稳定性。初步确定了黄芩苷、芦丁皆为难溶物质,其水溶性和脂溶性均差,但溶解度会随着温度的升高而变大。黄芩苷、芦丁在不同含量乙醇溶液中,乙醇含量越高,溶解性越好;碱溶液会促进黄芩苷、芦丁的溶解,当溶液回酸至为体系呈中性时,黄芩苷不会析出,而芦丁会大量析出。实验结果表明,在溶解性方面,黄芩苷、芦丁的溶解性很差,但黄芩苷可先溶于碱液,再回酸至中性来增加黄芩苷的溶解性,芦丁则不能。在稳定性方面,黄芩苷和芦丁在紫外光照下性能稳定。68799

Study on the Application Performance of Baicalin and Rutin

Abstract: In this study, some application properties of baicalin and rutin were studied, mainly in terms of solubility and stability. In the course of the study, the dissolution of baicalin and rutin in different solvents and different oils and fats were studied. The effects of baicalin and rutin on the contents of baicalin and rutin were studied by UV spectrophotometer. In the increase in absorbance, and baicalin, rutin in the ultraviolet light stability. It is determined that baicalin and rutin are all poorly soluble substances, and their water solubility and fat solubility are poor, but the solubility will increase with the increase of temperature. Baicalin, rutin in different content of ethanol solution, the higher the content of ethanol, the better the solubility; alkali solution will promote the dissolution of baicalin, rutin, when the solution back to the acid system was neutral, the baicalin will not Precipitation, and rutin will be a lot of precipitation. The results showed that the solubility of baicalin and rutin was poor in terms of solubility, but baicalin could be dissolved in lye solution and then returned to neutral to increase the solubility of baicalin, and rutin could not.
