设计原则

工艺生产的第一要素必须是安全第一,所以在所做的任何有关工业设计的计划,无论是反应设备,储物设备,运输设备,都必须在考虑是否安全的前提下。这也是为什么在物料衡算后,选择设备前需要去进行热量衡算。

在密封容器中,温度、压力等和安全息息相关,当反应温度过高时,需要考虑容器材质是否经受的住高温,还需要考虑在容器中进行的反应是否会有气体放出,考虑反应釜内的压力安全问题,此时决定反应是否能在密封容器中进行。此外还要考虑排出的气体是否有毒,是否能直接排放到大气中,并为废气选择合适的吸收溶剂。

在安全问题以外,还要考虑到整个设计的可行性,可操作性,并尽可能的节约成本,将产品的收益最大化。在设备选择完毕后,安装设备的问题也需要考虑。除了安全外,设备布置的前提还要考虑方便施工,方便修理,方便清洗的问题。文献综述

There are few studies on the antioxidant properties of ferulic acid. Researchers also hope to exert their advantages through their characteristics. However, because of the poor fat solubility of ferulic acid, it is difficult to penetrate through the biofilm. So that its application in the field of food or medicine and other areas is limited, so scholars have put their eyes on the research of ferulic acid derivatives’ fat soluble. Xin Jiaying [5] has also obtained vitamin E ferulic acid ester by biocatalytic method, and has achieved good effect in the oxidation of edible oil.
