摘要:本文主要是对华能上海石洞口第一电厂高效机组改建项目进行了环境影响评价。介绍了该工程的概况、项目组成及建设规模。经过研究分析,本项目主要环境影响因子为大气污染物;确定评价重点为:工程分析、环境空气质量现状、环境空气影响预测及评价、施工期和运行期环境保护对策与建议、公众参与等。研究结果证明,本项目建设满足区域内企业供热,还有利于解决附近地区用电需求,降低能源结构中的耗煤比重,减少环境污染,有助于实现可持续发展。项目符合国家火电厂建设标准要求,在建设期和运行期仍需按建议采取防治措施,且公众对该项目建设表示支持。因此,从环评结论来看,该项目的建设是可行的。 71764

Environmental impact assessment of power plant
ABSTRACT:This paper is mainly to Huaneng Shanghai Shidongkou first power plant high efficiency unit reconstruction project environmental impact assessment.This paper introduces the general situation, project composition and construction scale of the project. The main environmental impact factors of this project are air pollutants. The main points of evaluation are engineering analysis, current status of ambient air quality, environmental air impact prediction and evaluation, environmental protection countermeasures and suggestions during construction and operation period, and public participation.It is concluded that the construction of the project will meet the heating demand of the enterprises in the region, and it will also help to solve the electricity demand in the nearby areas, reduce the coal consumption proportion in the energy structure and reduce the environmental pollution and contribute to the sustainable development. The project conforms to the national thermal power plant construction standard requirements, in the construction period and operation period still need to take preventive measures, and public support for the project construction. Therefore, from the EIA conclusion, the construction of the project is feasible.
