摘要本文系统分析了电容激励模式下影响半导体桥电雷管瞬发度的因素,包括半导体桥形状、输入能量、起爆药及其粒度、压药压力、以及外接导线电阻等。为了考察这些因素对半导体桥电雷管瞬发度的影响,本文设计并进行了不同情况下的理论分析和发火试验。研究结果表明:半导体桥形状对半导体桥电雷管的性能影响较大;输入能量越大,半导体桥电雷管的作用时间越短,改变充电电压比改变电容更易于提高瞬发度;加入适量的LTNR作为起爆药,可以缩短半导体桥电雷管的输出时间,而且LTNR粒度越小,半导体桥电雷管的瞬发度越高;在一定范围内,半导体桥电雷管的压药压力越大,作用时间越短;外接导线电阻对电雷管的瞬发度影响较小。78567

Title Research on the influence factors of Semiconductor Bridge(SCB) Detonator instantaneity
Abstract In this paper, the factors impacting SCB detonator instantaneity under employing a capacitor discharge firing set were analyzed, which included SCB size, input energy, initiating explosive and its particle size, the pressure of ignition composition, and the resistance of external circuit,etc。 In order to examine the impact of these factors on SCB detonator, the theoretical analysis and ignition test of every influence factor in different cases were designed and carried out。 The experimental results show that SCB size has a large impact on the performance of SCB detonator, and the greater the input energy of SCB detonator is, the shorter the function time is (the time from the start of the capacitor discharge to finishing the detonation of SCB detonator)。Compared with changing the capacitance of capacitor discharge device, changing the charge voltage is more easier to enhance the instantaneity。 At the same time, when moderate LTNR is used as initiating explosive, the output time of SCB detonator decreases with the reduction in particle size of LTNR, and the instantaneity is also improved。 The conclusion indicates that the greater the pressure under certain range is, the shorter the function time is; and the resistance of external circuit has little effect on the instantaneity。
