摘要本次毕业设计主要是对针刺雷管的良品率进行研究，于是就以某产品（代替某针刺雷 管）为研究对象，在实际的生产过程中发现经检验出的废品主要为高废、低废、外观废

（包括口废和体废）。为了找出在生产中导致这几类废品产生的原因，就对某产品的产 品结构及作用原理、生产工艺流程进行研究以及对某产品的生产质量状况进行统计和分 析，在确定了高低废和外观废为影响良品率的主要因素后，进行了压药压力对药层高度 的影响的实验以及总结生产过程中浮药对产品外观的影响，最终得出压药压力的不一致 和过多浮药的产生会严重影响某产品的良品率。74530

Title Research on the way of improving quality of stab detonator

Abstract The way of improving the quality of stab detonator is studied in this paper。 The main reason to unqualified products during the manufacture results from the dimension which include high waste ， low waste and the appearance of waste (including port waste and body waste)。 In order to find out the causes which lead to these kinds of waste products in the production。 The structure, function principle and the preparation of product is investigated。 Meanwhile, the quality of the production of a product is analyzed。 After determining the main factors which affect the quality of product are the high and low waste and the appearance of wast。 The effect of pressure on the drug layer height is conducted and the effect of the floating charge to the product appearance is summarized。 Finally, it is concluded that the inconsistent of the pressure and excessive floating drugs have significant impact on the quality of a product。
