摘要:丙烯腈是 重要的化工有机产品,使用环氧乙烷法、乙炔法、乙醛法均需要用剧毒的氢氰酸作原料,因其成本高、毒性大,限制了丙烯腈生产的发展。而丙烯氨氧化法制备丙烯腈所用的原料丙烯价格不高且容易获得,对其纯度的要求也不高,且整个工艺流程简单,故为本设计所采用。在本设计中针对课题进行可行性分析,确定了工艺方案及参数;原料我们采用的是丙烯、氨、空气和水,将它们按照一定的比例混合配比后进入到流化床反应器,反应温度为400-500℃,压力为常压,催化剂使用的是C-49催化剂,在其作用下生成粗丙烯腈。之后经过中和塔、吸收塔、萃取塔、脱氢氰酸塔后得丙烯腈产品。81079
