摘要:层状液晶乳液与普通的化妆品乳液相比,体现出四大特点:提高配方的稳定性,高效的保湿作用,减缓活性成分的释放和提供优异清爽的肤感。本论文主要研究蔗糖酯类乳化剂形成液晶的规律性。通过改变配方组成,并在偏光显微镜下观察发现:乳化剂对的配比和含量,油脂的种类用量以及水相中多元醇的加入都会对体系的液晶结构造成较大的影响。当乳化剂对甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯和PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯的配比为2:1,用量为3%;油脂选用极性油脂,用量为5%;选用低碳链长度的脂肪醇;水相中加入适量多元醇时,体系的液晶结构最清晰,数量多且亮度高。81088
