摘要班级认同感是形成班级凝聚力的前提，良好的班级认同感有助于教师做好班级管理，促 进学生学业、情感能力的发展。本文根据国内外研究对班级认同感的概念及影响因素分析， 提出了班级认同感维度构想，分别是：同伴关系、师生关系、班级环境、班级活动、对班干 部的认同，并在此基础上编制问卷对杭州两所小学学生进行了调查，分析发现：1、小学生 班级认同感总体处于中上水平；2、小学生班级认同感在城乡、性别、年级和班干部变量上 存在显著差异。3、同伴关系、师生关系、班级环境、班级活动、对班干部的认同与班级认 同感显著相关。最后，本研究提出了一些切实可行的建议，以提高小学生的班级认同感，进 而促进小学生学业、情感能力的发展以及教师班级管理的效度。88573

Abstract Class identity is the precondition for the formation of the class cohesion, good class identity help teachers do a good job in class management, promote the development of students' academic, emotional ability。 According to  the  research  at home and abroad on the concept of class identity and influence factors analysis, put forward the conception of class identity dimensions, respectively is: the peer relationship, teacher-pupil relations, class environment, class activities,  the identification of the class cadre, and compiled on the basis of the questionnaire in Hangzhou two elementary school students were investigated, analysis found that: 1, the elementary student overall in the upper middle class identity level; 2, elementary class identity in urban and rural areas, gender, grade and class cadre variables exist significant differences。 3, peer relationship, the relationship between teachers and students, class environment, class activities, was associated with a significant class of identity of the class cadre identity。 Finally, this study put forward some feasible Suggestions, in order to improve the elementary student's class identity, and promote the development of the elementary education, emotional ability and validity of teacher's classroom management。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766

所谓班级认同感，是学生对自己所在班级在思想上、情感上和心理上的认同和投入，愿 意承担作为班级一员的各项责任和义务，乐于参与班级的各项活动，是学生感觉到自己是班 级的重要一员，被他人认为他（她）有价值及与他人成为一个整体的一种情感。并且许多研 究证明: 个体对组织的认同感越强, 他越有可能持有组织的观点和采取对组织有利的行动①。 因为在组织中，组织成员只有具有强烈的希望自己成为组织成员身份的心理和具有强烈工作 责任感，才会有为组织尽心竭力的工作态度，也才会有尽心竭力的行为表现。如果组织成员 与组织之间在诸多方面具有较强的一致性，存在着心理上的组织认同，他们就会积极和努力 参与所在组织的事务、促进组织的发展。换言之，班级认同感是班级存在和发展的基础和强 大动力, 它有利于减少班级的不确定性因素, 增强班级的凝聚力。对于教师而言，学生的班 级认同感是其做好班级管理的前提与关键；而对于学生而言，班级认同感同样会影响其学习 心理和行为，对其个人学业发展、情感能力发展具有极其深远的意义。
