摘  要：过程公平是实现课堂教学公平的关键。课堂教学过程中的不公平主要包括教学方法的不公平、教学内容设计的不公平、课堂教学中管理的不公平、座位编排的不公平以及课堂教学中教师动作行为的不公平，造成课堂教学过程中不公平的主要原因是学生的差异性、教师的个人素质、教育的评价体制、社会的人际关系以及教育的模式，改进课堂教学过程中不公平的对策有选用合适的课程内容，运用恰当的教学方法、提升教师的个人素质，增强公平意识、改变传统的教学评价体制，推行素质教育、运用多元智力理论，实施分层教学以及控制班级人数，进行小班化教学。88996
